If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond fair wear and tear, a repair charge may apply in accordance with your agreement. Fair wear and tear includes light scratches, small dents, discolouration, and other minor cosmetic changes.

Sure! If you change your mind you can cancel and return for free within the first 14 days.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. We’ll deliver by the date displayed, and your plan starts on the day your item arrives. Your first payment is taken upfront, with future payments charged monthly from that date. Most items include free delivery.
Returns
When you’re ready to return an item, simply request a return through your Wuva account. Collection is free after three months. We’ll arrange a pickup on a day that works for you. Once the item is received, we’ll end your plan and refund any remaining balance to your card.

We run soft credit checks to protect our member.
You might not qualify if you have:
- A CCJ or debt collection history
- No UK credit file or bank account
What's next? Most orders are approved immediately. If declined, we'll notify you within one working day and provide a full refund if needed.
Can I reapply? Yes, anytime. You can also cancel your rental whenever you want with no penalties.
