What is Wuva?
Wuva is a rental subscription business specialising in Bikes, Scooters and Pushchairs. We allow our members to sustainably access their favourite brands for less. You can find out more on How It Works here.

When can I upgrade?
We offer 1, 6 and 12 month minimum rental terms. After your minimum rental term you can upgrade anytime. Simply get in touch and we'll arrange a swap!

Do you charge for wear and tear?
We do not charge for fair wear and tear in the normal course of use.

What happens after the minimum rental term?
After the the minimum term you're free to keep renting on a rolling monthly basis. You can swap or cancel at anytime with two weeks notice.

Will you run a credit check?
On most items we use a Soft Credit check to protect Wuva and our members. For more information please contact hello@wuva.com.

What happens in the case of loss or damage?
If you lose or severely damage your item, please get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible. We charge capped amounts for different product types that can be viewed here.
