Friendly team and on time

Overall a good experience, having not rented anything other than my car, saw them advertising on instagram and wanted to test it for a birthday present for my daughter. Arrived on time, they texted us the day before and the day of with a delivery slot.

What is Wuva?

Wuva is the marketplace for renting. We focus on making our rental options convenient, sustainable and affordable for everyone. No more old items gathering dust in storage!

We power brands to offer rentals and subscriptions for their products so you have a more affordable and flexible way to access the products you love.

Why choose Wuva instead of buying?

We're supporting a new era of sustainable consumption! With Wuva, you use products on a fully flexible basis, and when you're finished with them, we collect, refurbish, and send them to a new member. This approach is not only cost-effective (you only pay monthly for the period you need it) but also environmentally friendly.

What happens after the minimum rental term?

After the the minimum term you're free to keep renting on a rolling monthly basis. You can swap or cancel at anytime with two weeks notice.

Where can I use Wuva?

Jolly good news! We cover all mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

What happens if my rented product stops working?

Not to worry! If your item becomes faulty, we'll make every effort to repair it within 72 hours or provide a replacement where that's not possible. Simply drop us a message via Live Chat or email hello@wuva.com with details of the issue.

Will you run a credit check?

On most items we use a Soft Credit check to protect Wuva and our members. For more information please contact hello@wuva.com.

What happens in the case of loss or damage?

If you lose or severely damage your item, please get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible. We charge capped amounts for different product types.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by having a chat with our customer service team. Do keep in mind that terms regarding notice periods and any applicable fees are detailed in your rental agreement.

What happens if my Wuva vehicle is stolen?

Oh no! If your product is stolen, immediately report it to the police and obtain a crime reference number. Then contact us at hello@wuva.com or through Live Chat with the reference number. We'll take steps to locate the product, but if it's not recovered, there may be charges as specified in our policy.
