If you return an item damaged, we may charge you for the cost of repair as set out in your rental agreement.
Don’t worry though, our fair wear and tear policy means it’s completely fine to return items with normal signs of use, such as light scratches, small dents, discolouration, or minor changes in appearance.

Sure! If you change your mind you can cancel and return for free within the first 14 days.

Delivery: Check the product page for estimated delivery times. We'll deliver by the date shown and your rental starts from delivery day. Pay your first month upfront, then future payments are charged monthly from this date. Most items come with free delivery.
Returns: Ready to return? Just request a return through your Wuva account - collection is free after 3 months of rental. We'll arrange collection on a day that suits you. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll cancel your subscription and refund any remaining balance to your card.

You might not qualify if you have:
- A CCJ or debt collection history
- No UK credit file or bank account
What's next? Most orders are approved immediately. If declined, we'll notify you within one working day and provide a full refund if needed.
